Five minute warm up on elliptical.

Three rounds for time:

25 pushups
10 upright rows w/two 10lb. dumbbells
10 bent-over rows w/two 10lb. dumbbells
10 thrusters w/two 10lb. dumbbells
15 cal. on elliptical

My time was 10:54. It would’ve been better if I didn’t have to stop to look at what to do lol. Next time, next time.
