Breakfast: One eggs, three strips of bacon, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries.
WOD: No WOD again. Spent the better part of the day putting together the beds we got for the boys.
Lunch: Half of the chicken, carrots, peas and squash pasta.
Afternoon snack: Other half of lunch.
Dinner: Filet mignon with steamed broccoli, carrots and cauliflower.
Evening snack: Protein shake with almond milk and almond butter.
