Breakfast: Two eggs, red grapefruit.

Lunch: We went out for lunch to First Watch. I got the fresh fruit crepes, blueberry muffin, granola and a side of bacon. Nope, not healthy, but delicious all the same.

WOD: No WOD today. Went to IKEA with my husband to pick out loft beds for our boys.

Evening snack: Turkey salad from Larosa’s, no dressing.

Dinner: We went out to Champp’s for the night to watch the UFC fights. There I had the Tuscan Salmon and one cocktail.
