Breakfast: Two eggs, red grapefruit.
Lunch: We went out for lunch to First Watch. I got the fresh fruit crepes, blueberry muffin, granola and a side of bacon. Nope, not healthy, but delicious all the same.
WOD: No WOD today. Went to IKEA with my husband to pick out loft beds for our boys.
Evening snack: Turkey salad from Larosa’s, no dressing.
Dinner: We went out to Champp’s for the night to watch the UFC fights. There I had the Tuscan Salmon and one cocktail.

My time was 10:54. It would’ve been better if I didn’t have to stop to look at what to do lol. Next time, next time.

After my husband beasted out crossfit WOD Murph, it was time for my WOD. He had me do a modified Angie (replacing pull ups with medicine ball slams since we don’t own a pull up bar). Here’s what I did.
For time: 100 pushups, 100 sit ups, 100 squats and 100 medicine ball slams.
I broke the WOD up into 10 sets of 10. Boy was it tough! I completed it in 19:27. Next time I do this I’m hoping to be under 18 minutes.
4/13/12 WOD
As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:
Dumbbell Thrusters: 10 reps w/2 10lb. dumbbells.
Pushups: 10 reps.
25 calories on elliptical.
Medicine Ball Slams: 10 reps w/6lb. medicine ball.
I got through the pushups on my fourth round.
This was definitely a tough workout! My husband does crossfit, so he designed my WOD to be very crossfit-like. I was so tired when I was finished! Best 12 minute workout I’ve ever had!
