Pushups: 10 reps, 5 sets
Over head Press: 10 reps, 5 sets w/10lb. dumbbells
Bicep Curls: 10 reps, 5 sets w/10lb. dumbbells
Triceps Extensions: 10 reps, 5 sets w/10lb. dumbbells
Medicine Ball Slams: 20 reps, 5 sets w/6lb. medicine ball

 5 min on elliptical

Bent-over Rows: 10 reps, 5 sets w/10lb. dumbbells
Pushups: 10 reps, 5 sets
Bent-over T’s: 10 reps, 5 sets w/5lb. dumbbells
Over-head Press: 10 reps, 5 sets w/10lb. dumbbells
Power Band Pulls: 25 reps, 5 sets
Twisters: 10 reps, 5 sets w/6lb. medicine ball


Another SUPER hard WOD courtesy of my husband. No tears this time, though! My arms were shaking so bad during the workout and now I can barely lift them over my head. Worth it!
