Fucking plateau

Anyone with tips on how to get past a plateau? For weeks I’ve been stuck right around 160lbs. and it’s really starting to bum me out. And please spare me the whole “the scale is just a number blah blah blah”. I know that and I’m not making much progress anywhere else, also.

Breakfast: Two eggs with half an avocado, ruby grapefruit.

Post WOD snack: Protein shake with almond milk and banana.

Lunch: Leftover chicken breast and asparagus with half an avocado.

Afternoon snack: Banana.

Dinner: Paleo tacos with homemade salsa on romaine lettuce.

•50 bent over T’s with 5lbs
•40 thrusters with 10lbs
•30 push ups
•20 side lunges
•10leg lifts

Post WOD snack: Protein shake with almond milk and banana.

Lunch: Turkey, spinach and honey mustard.

Afternoon snack: Banana and turkey.

Dinner: Chicken breast and asparagus.

Breakfast: One eggs, three strips of bacon, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries.

WOD: No WOD again. Spent the better part of the day putting together the beds we got for the boys.

Lunch: Half of the chicken, carrots, peas and squash pasta.

Afternoon snack: Other half of lunch.

Dinner: Filet mignon with steamed broccoli, carrots and cauliflower.

Evening snack: Protein shake with almond milk and almond butter.

Breakfast: Two eggs, red grapefruit.

Lunch: We went out for lunch to First Watch. I got the fresh fruit crepes, blueberry muffin, granola and a side of bacon. Nope, not healthy, but delicious all the same.

WOD: No WOD today. Went to IKEA with my husband to pick out loft beds for our boys.

Evening snack: Turkey salad from Larosa’s, no dressing.

Dinner: We went out to Champp’s for the night to watch the UFC fights. There I had the Tuscan Salmon and one cocktail.

•25 green band over head press
-My time was 38:32

Post WOD snack: Protein shake with almond milk, banana.

Lunch: Spinach salad with leftover chicken tender loin, green beans and turkey. No dressing.

Dinner: Chicken, steamed peas and carrots, yellow squash and zucchini pasta with soy aminos.

Lunch: Leftover chicken tender loins and green beans.

Dinner: Cheat meal. Chicken teriyaki sub and fries from Penn Station.
